Be Affluence LLC is a New Mexico limited liability company and the parent company of ReplyReady.ai. We build and operate software that helps small and mid-sized service businesses respond to every inbound customer enquiry, whether it arrives by phone, by text, through a website, or as a message to the business's own social media account.

Why we exist

The businesses we serve — contractors, clinics, salons, real-estate practices, home-service companies — do the work with their hands. When a customer calls or sends a message, the owner is usually mid-job and cannot answer. The enquiry goes cold, and the customer hires whoever replied first.

Our products close that gap. They answer immediately, in the business's own voice, gather what the business actually needs to know, and hand over a qualified appointment instead of an unread notification.

Corporate structure

Be Affluence LLC is the sole legal entity behind the brands listed below. Those brands are trading names and product identities, not separate companies. All contracts, billing, data processing and platform integrations — including our integration with Meta's platforms — are performed by Be Affluence LLC.

What we do not do

We think it is as important to be clear about our boundaries as our capabilities. Be Affluence LLC and its products do not:

• Send unsolicited or bulk outbound messages to people who have not contacted the business first.
• Sell, rent or broker personal information, contact lists, followers or engagement.
• Access a social media account, phone line or inbox that the customer does not own or administer.
• Operate as, or offer, an investment, lending or securities product of any kind.
• Provide legal, medical, tax or financial advice through any automated agent.
